In Acqui Terme guests can actually try treatments for golf players. The Piedmont is located in the western part of Italy, its capital city is Torino, famous as the so-called “car city” and because it represents the cradle of the Italian unity. The Piedmont is famous because of its numerous thermal cities such as: Acqui Terme, Bognaco, Vinadio, Lurisia, Valdieri. The region offers many culinary specialities as for instance the hazelnuts of Monferrato, the truffles of Alba or the Barolo wine.

Limone Piemonte

Limone Piemonte was one of the first skiing resorts in Italy and always represented a popular destination for a mountain holiday. One of the first Italian ski racings took place in Limone Piemonte in the year 1907. In occasion of the Winter Olympics of 2006 the ski lifts have been modernized.

Acqui Terme

Already in the 17th century Acqui Terme represented a popular thermal destination in the Monferrato. Moreover it offers first- class wine regions, here are cultivated famous wine sorts such as the “Bracheto di Acqui”. The locality offers tasty specialities like the “Formaggetta”, the “Filetto baciato” and of course the truffles!

Canelli

Canelli is a small city in the Monferrato in the surroundings of the famous city Alba, popular for the delicious sweets and truffles. In the surroundings of Canelli there are cultivated popular wines such as the Barbera, the Dolcetto or the Moscato.

Costigliole di Saluzzo

This township in Piedmont is popular because of the so-called “Ampelo- therapy”, where the therapeutic benefit of grape is used during numerous wellness treatments. Lovers of story and trekking can follow the “walks of freedom”, walks used by the partisans during war.

Vogogna

Vogogna is located in the Ossola valley and belongs to the most beautiful villages ot Italy: a part of this township lays in the national park Val Grande, which represents the biggest Italian nature reserve, where numerous rare animals could be observed. Some examples are: the pine marten, the capercaillie or the royal owl.

Romano Canavese

This small city is located in the historic region of Canavese, between Torino and the Aosta valley, it’s the hometown of the cardinal Tarciso Bertone. In the surroundings visitors can also find a moor, which has been declared to “a place of collective interest” by the European Union.
